Arizona Glaze for Ham

1-1/2 cups brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon cloves

Grated rind of an orange

1-7 ounce bottle 7 Up

Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and orange rind; stir in 7-Up. Spoon over ham during the last 30 minutes of baking time, using about 1/3 of the mixture every ten minutes. Makes 2 cups, enough for 6 to 10-pound ham.
