We have some very fun nighttime plans for a party next weekend.This glowing idea is from Kaylee at Raising Little Disciples. Kaylee took glow stick bracelets and tucked them inside plastic eggs. What a great after dark Easter Egg Hunt Party for our little neighbor kids we have planned. Have you heard the egg-citing news? Due to the advances in technology, it is now possible to see just where the Easter Bunny is on his route by using your mobile device – in real time! The free Easter Bunny tracker will begin tracking the whereabouts of the elusive rabbit early in the morning on Saturday, April 19th.
But now, please tell us, where does the Easter Bunny live?
Wikipedia states that the Easter Bunny or Easter Rabbit (aka Spring Bunny) “is a character depicted as a rabbit bringing Easter eggs who sometimes is depicted with clothes. In legend, the creature brings baskets filled with colored eggs, candy and sometimes also toys to the homes of children, and as such shows similarities to Father Christmas, as they both bring gifts to children on the night before their respective holiday
There is no mention of where the Easter Bunny lives, however, some believe that the Easter Bunny lives in a very deep hole in the ground somewhere on Easter Island? Or possibly in April Valley, Spring Valley or Egg Land. (like Eggland’s Best?)

This morning we delivered our fun Malibu Bed as a donation for the Children’s Hospital Association’s 64th annual fundraising benefit, the Storyland Gala which is taking place this evening.
“Avoiding Needless Pain for Children at Children’s” will be the recipient of proceeds from the Fund-A-Need live auction. According to Dr. Stefan J. Bring in gently used child size costumes and go home with a new-to-you costume. Exchanging costumes is a creative and eco-friendly way to get kids excited about recycling.

Families are encouraged to bring in multiple costumes. Any left over costumes will be donated to St. Joseph’s Home for Children, a charity that provides basic needs and emergency shelter for children. Totally Kids fun furniture & toys and St. Joseph’s have successfully partnered in the past. Last year Totally Kids was able to donate a carload of Halloween costumes to children. Our goal for this year is to at least double that amount.
That’s a beautiful orange chandelier, but someone is trying to drive us batty. There will be a count the bats contest where all kids will win a FREE prize.
